Faculty of Animal Science of Unhas Socializes Master and Doctoral Program in Animal Science at UNTL Timor Leste

The Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Hasanuddin University (UNHAS) conducted a socialization regarding the new students’ admission for the Master and Doctoral program in Animal Science and Technology at the Nacional University of Timor Lorosae (UNTL) on Thursday, March 7, 2024. This activity took place at the UNTL Rectorate, Dili, Timor Leste.

This socialization aims to increase the number of prospective foreign students in the UNHAS Masters and Doctoral Program in Animal Science, as well as increase cooperation in the fields of education, research, and community service between UNHAS and UNTL.

The activity began with the reception of the UNHAS group by the Dean and UNTL Animal Science lecturers. Then, it continued with socialization delivered by Prof. Dr. Ratmawati Malaka, head of the Doctoral Study Program of Animal Science, Unhas.

This socialization was attended by 12 people consisting of UNTL lecturers and staff. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this socialization and asked many questions regarding study programs and collaboration opportunities. This activity is one of UNHAS’ efforts to improve the quality of education and expand international cooperation networks. It is hoped that this collaboration can provide benefits for both universities and improve the quality of education in the field of animal husbandry in Indonesia and Timor Leste.
