Milk Processing Biotechnology Laboratory

This laboratory is responsible for the discipline of  milk processing using simple and modern technology to produce quality, useful and valuable products. This laboratory serves practicums, undergraduate and graduate student research as well as lecturer research. The laboratory also carries out the production process of products such as ice cream, pasteurized milk, milk pudding, milk shakes. 

This laboratory has received orders for dairy products and has participated in various promotional events. This laboratory has also received students from other universities who will learn about processing processes and conduct research. This laboratory also promotes edu-tourism/educational tourism activities in the laboratory from several kindergartens and elementary schools in Makassar.
