Dr Syahrir is a professional manager and poultry practitioner with more than two decades of experience in the national poultry industry. A graduate of the Doctoral Program in Animal Science (Poultry Nutrition) at Bogor Agricultural University; he has built his career from Production Supervisor to CEO of PT. Bintang Sejahtera Bersama (Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Group). With expertise in production management, poultry nutrition, hatchery operations, and integrated farming systems, he is recognized as a visionary, adaptive, and innovation-driven leader.

Dr. Syahrir also plays a key role in developing poultry industry human resources and enhancing the efficiency of Indonesia's poultry sector.

Prof. Syahruddin Said, M.Sc

Research Center for Applied Zoology, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN)

Prof. Syahruddin Said, Ph.D. is a principal researcher at BRIN with expertise in Livestock Reproductive Biotechnology. He earned his master's and doctoral degrees from Okayama University, Japan, with a focus on animal reproduction research. With extensive experience in genetic research and the reproduction of local Indonesian livestock such as Bali cattle, Donggala cattle, and Toraya buffalo, Prof. Syahruddin has led and collaborated on various national and international research projects. He is also active in producing reputable scientific publications and holds patents for innovations in biotechnology and reproduction.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Takdir Saili, M.Si

Prof. Takdir Saili is an experienced educator and academic in the field of Animal Reproduction Science. A graduate of the Doctoral Program in Animal Science at the Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), he has been active in higher education for more than three decades, holding various strategic positions such as Dean of the Faculty of Animal Science, Director of Postgraduate Studies, and Chair of the Academic Senate. As an educator, he is active in curriculum development, student mentoring, and improving the quality of research and innovation-based animal science education.

Dr. Nasrullah is a Strategic Developer and visionary leader in the field of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health. A Graduate from Animal Science Faculty at Hasanuddin Unversity and A Doctor of Agricultural Sciences from Kagoshima University, Japan, he has a long track record as Director General of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health and currently serves as Expert Staff to the Minister of Agriculture for Trade and International Relations. With strategic experience in various key positions within the Ministry of Agriculture, he is known as a policy designer and driver of transformation in the national animal husbandry sector.

Muh. Ramli, S.Pt

Muhammad Ramli holds a bachelor's degree in Animal Husbandry from Hasanuddin University and has over two decades of extensive experience in the animal feed industry,layer farms, and livestock entrepreneurship. He has worked at several renowned companies such as PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia and PT. Chiel Jedang Indonesia, and actively manages his own businesses, including a layer farm and Rezky 99 Livestock Store. Additionally, Ramli has experience as a lecturer at the Nene Mallomo Sidrap Community Academy, demonstrating his dedication to sharing knowledge and nurturing the younger generation. With a combination of academic, professional, and entrepreneurial experience, he possesses strong competencies in livestock production management.

Ir. Kaharuddin Kadir, M.Si

Chairman of People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Pare-Pare City, South Sulawesi.

Ir. H. Kaharuddin Kadir, M.Si. is a bureaucrat and regional leader who is highly dedicated to development and public service. He graduated from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry at Hasanuddin University, and currently, he serves as Chairman of the Parepare City Regional People's Representative Council, demonstrating his role in participatory regional governance that is oriented towards community progress. With extensive experience in organizations such as HMI, KNPI, and the Golkar Party, as well as having served as a lecturer at Muhammadiyah University of Parepare.
